Goodbody Ranked No.1 in Research in the Annual Thomson Reuters Extel Survey

Goodbody has yet again been voted Ireland's
No.1 brokerage for Ireland Research in the Annual Thomson Reuters Extel 2012 Survey taking the top research slot at both the team and individual analyst levels.
Goodbody was voted
No.1 in three out of the five key categories. As well as
No.1 in Ireland Research,
Rory Carton was voted the
Leading Individual for Sales in Ireland and
Eamonn Hughes was ranked as the
Leading Individual for Country Research. Goodbody Chief Economist, Dermot O'Leary, was ranked as
No.2 for Country Research.
Speaking about Goodbody's achievement this year, Roy Barrett, Managing Director of Goodbody, said "This pan-European survey is considered the leading benchmark for excellence in investment banking and is one of the most extensive assessments of the sell-side in Europe. This is a strong endorsement in the quality of our people and in the overall Goodbody franchise."
The 2012 survey reflects the contribution of over 14,000 investment professionals, 2,034 analysts from 273 buy-side firms and 794 quoted companies.
