- Private company transactions include advising the shareholders of Datacare on the disposal of the company to Computershare, the acquisition by RPS Group of MC O'Sullivan Ltd, the transaction where VNU raised its stake in Golden Pages from 37% to 100% for €185m, and advising Dairygold Co-operative Society in relation to a restructuring of the Co-op and the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary Reox Holdings plc
