- Has worked with a significant number of plcs including Paddy Power, Greencore, Grafton Group, IWP, UTV Media, Independent News and Media, eircom and Prime Active Capital
- Recent transactions include advising Dairygold on the spin-out of Reox Holdings plc in 2006, Prime Active Capital on its €15 million secondary placing in July 2007, advising on the disposal of Manor Park Homes in 2007 and UTV Media on the €52 million acquisition of FM104 in 2008
- In the Semi-State sector has worked with INPC, IFI, Coillte and Bord Gais
