- Previously involved in a range of corporate finance activities including buy-side and sell-side roles for public companies, private companies and private equity firms
- Recent transaction experience includes acting as lead manager and sole bookrunner for Greentech Energy Systems plc, advised Hitachi Capital Corporation on the acquisition of Hitachi Capital (UK) plc and acted as Rule 3 financial adviser to Ely Property Group plc on its sale to Newcourt Group plc
- Other past advisory clients include Italcimenti-Ciment Francais, Cinven, Advent, Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK Line), Airtricity, Thirdforce plc and Altobridge Limited
- Graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Finance). Qualified Financial Advisor with the Institute of Bankers Ireland and Associate of the Securities Investment Institute
