The Investment Funds section of Goodbody Stockbrokers aims to provide a comprehensive and efficient service to investment funds seeking a listing on the Irish Stock Exchange (the "Exchange"). All investment funds applying for a listing are required to appoint a Sponsor and as part of this role we perform the following tasks:

• Provision of advice in advance on suitability for listing.
• Co-ordination of the listing process in Ireland.
• Liaison with the Exchange.
• On-going role in relation to continuing obligations once listed.
