Brian O’Kelly joined Goodbody Corporate Finance in 1997 becoming Managing Director in April 2000. He was previously a Director of Riada/ABN Amro Corporate Finance having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Brian has extensive transaction experience across the full range of corporate finance activities including flotations, public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and public and private fundraisings including:
  • Flotations of Norkom, eircom, Aer Lingus, Iona and BCO Technologies;
  • M&A advisory work for An Post on the sale of Post TS, IWP on the sale of its Household Products Division and eircom on the acquisition of Meteor and related rights issues;
  • Public offers for eircom, ICG, Norkom, Riverdeep, alphyra, Sherry Fitzgerald and BCO Technologies;
  • Fundraisings for Beacon Medical Group, Norkom and Prime Active Capital; and
  • Semi-state advisory work with ESB, Aer Lingus, An Post and others.
