| Cormac O’Rourke joined Goodbody Corporate Finance in 2003 having previously worked as European Head of Project Finance at KBC Bank NV and Investment Director of ESB International. Cormac has worked in Investment Banking for nearly 25 years, covering energy, infrastructure, aircraft finance and general banking. His international experience includes transactions in UK, US, Western & Eastern Europe. Domestically, Cormac has advised on a wide range of transactions - including disposals, acquisitions, strategic advice and project finance structuring.
