Using the Portfolio Holdings page

Introduction

The portfolio holdings valuations page displays a complete list of your current stock holdings and an indication of your gain / loss on individual stocks. Values are rounded up to the nearest unit of currency.

How valuations are calculated

Stock holdings are updated immediately after execution of a trade. However, stock holdings are valued using the previous night's closing share prices.

Transferring share certificates into your Goodbody Online account

Your share certificates will not appear on your valuation until they have been dematerialised (turned into electronic form) and transferred into your Crest Personal Membership Account. They will then be applied to your Goodbody Online account. This can take between two to six weeks, depending on the registrar.

Pricing of suspended stocks

If a stock is suspended your valuation will show the last traded price prior to the stock being suspended.
