How do I Download To "xls" & "pdf"?

    • Columns are now hard coded, therefore we have determined the columns that will download to pdf - this was necessary in the case of some screens which have a high number of columns, it isn’t possible to download all these and still maintain a printable/readable pdf version
    • The data formatting will be formatted as per the grid so decimal places for example will be consistent
    • The column heading names downloaded will be consistent with the column headings shown in the grid
    • The download to xls will contain all the available columns of the grid irrespective of the view that is displayed, any unwanted columns can be removed by users within excel
    • With regards to printing, the printing function on NexusClient 2.0 uses the browser function - print screen. If a user wants to print off portfolio holdings for example, and if the contents of the Portfolio Details control is extensive (i.e. there is a scroll bar) then the recommendation is to use the download to .xls functionality and print from Excel as required.
