Alison has over 20 years' experience evaluating and developing financial products for insurance companies and wealth managers. She has primary responsibility for delivering AIFM services to fund clients and has overseen the establishment and expansion of Goodbody's AIFM capability and the launch of the QIAIFs under management. Alison has a degree in International Marketing and Languages from Dublin City University, is a Certified Financial Planner® and is a Certified Investment Fund Director.
Kamahn joined Goodbody in 2016 and has 9 years’ of financial services industry experience. She was previously employed with Cambridge Associates where she was responsible for conducting due diligence on private equity, real asset and hedge fund managers on behalf of investors. Prior to this, Kamahn held various operational roles within the investment banking sector and with event-driven hedge fund Gruss Capital. Kamahn is a CFA Charterholder and has a BSc in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast.
Declan joined Goodbody in 2016 and brings over 20 years’ experience in financial services in Compliance, Finance and Operations roles. Most recently, Declan worked for Intertrust Alternative Investment Fund Management (Ireland) Limited where he was an Executive Director and Head of Compliance. Previously he spent two years as Head of Compliance & Risk for Kennedy Wilson Europe Ltd where he acted as a Non-Executive Director to a number of regulated funds and associated SPV boards. Declan also spent time working for the Central Bank of Ireland as a Senior Regulator in the Investment Firms & Fund Supervision Dept. Declan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Ulster.
Michael joined Goodbody in 2016. Previously, Michael spent 13 years at Davy where he held a number of roles supporting the Funds business including Head of Risk at their AIFM; Head of Finance and Operations with their investment management company and UCITS Implementation Manager. Prior to that Michael worked with AIB International Financial Services Ltd as a Financial Accountant. Michael is a qualified accountant and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, he also holds a BA in Economics and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
Danielle has 10 years’ experience working within the financial services industry, with 7 of those years focused in the funds industry working for fund administration and custodian companies.
She has a BA in Business and Law and was awarded the Professional Diploma in Compliance in 2013.
