What Our Previous Participants Say

"I heard about the programme on campus through my involvement with the UCC Student Managed Fund. I joined the programme as I wanted to gain real work experience within Capital Markets and the Goodbody Experience offered this opportunity. The programme was challenging but extremely rewarding. We had lunch and learn sessions which provided an insight into a variety of topics from equity trade ideas; to building a sustainable new business; to financial planning tips. I broadened my finance knowledge and developed my inter-personal skills, most notably my presentation and written communication skills which I have no doubt will stand to me for the rest of my career."

"I secured a role on the Investment Team in Wealth Management where I worked alongside senior equity and fixed income analysts who took a real interest in my progression. Over the course of the 10 weeks I was given opportunities to contribute to the team in a meaningful fashion and to present my work to the department. The 10 weeks was fast paced and intense – I was never bored – but I gained invaluable experience in financial services as well as improving my skills in areas such as presenting and networking."
