Lorraine has over 16 years’ experience working as a lawyer and compliance professional both in-house and in private practice. She has held many senior roles advising fund promoters, service providers, fund boards and third-party management companies at global organisations, including Dechert, State Street, AXA and MUFG Investor Services and at Irish domiciled third-party management companies, KB Associates and Carne. Lorraine is an active member of Irish Funds groups and is a regular industry speaker.

Kamahn joined Goodbody in 2016 and has 9 years’ of financial services industry experience. She was previously employed with Cambridge Associates where she was responsible for conducting due diligence on private equity, real asset and hedge fund managers on behalf of investors. Prior to this, Kamahn held various operational roles within the investment banking sector and with event-driven hedge fund Gruss Capital. 

Prior to joining Goodbody in 2020, Daragh worked for Bridge Consulting where he acted as Designated Person with a focus on risk for self-managed UCITS. He also worked in Gam Fund Management where he was responsible for the oversight of Market Risk and Operational Risk and was central to the implementation of the group’s Operational Risk Management Framework and served as Gam Fund Management’s interim Head of Risk. He is an Associate Professional Risk Manager with PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers International Association)
