- Support you in involving a trusted contact person, with your consent
- Take additional care and allow more time when decisions are needed

Support during bereavement
Losing someone close to you is extremely difficult. We make dealing with financial matters as straightforward as possible. We will:
- Provide a clear and consistent point of contact
- Explain what needs to be done in simple terms
- Support executors, family members or legal representatives
- Reduce administrative burden wherever we can
Support with decision‑making
If you would like support when making financial decisions, we can work with:
- A trusted family member or friend, with your consent
- A legally appointed decision supporter or representative
- Executors or authorised representatives, where formal arrangements are in place
We respect your preferences and keep you at the centre of decisions, unless legal arrangements provide otherwise.
