Intact, a Dundalk-based provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, has partnered with Goodbody Capital Partners to secure €17 million of growth capital, paving the way for its strategic push into global markets. Goodbody Capital Partners made the investment on behalf of AIB, which has a longstanding relationship with Intact and a commitment to support its progressive trajectory.

Since its inception by founders Aidan Lawless and Paul Marry in 1992, Intact has been at the forefront of developing innovative, adaptable ERP software. Under the stewardship of CEO Justin Lawless, who took the helm in 2013, the company has seen significant growth. Intact's flagship offering, Intact iQ, debuted in 2011, and the software's versatile capabilities serve a wide array of inventory-centric businesses. Intact gained its reputation in the building materials distribution sector in Ireland and the UK.

The investment will enable Intact to accelerate its expansion into the US market and enhance its industry-leading Intact iQ platform.
